I've been working on having my work of IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy Parts Art presented in a gallery. It's been a process getting to know each of my parts, developing a relationship with them, let alone being able to capture them visually. These drawings are part of the website I've been creating as part of my gallery pitch to better explain the IFS map of my inner world.
